She is born in Philly and she moved to Florida when she was 11 years old. She left school sophomore year because she got pregnant. In 1991 she had her first child called Khia. She then moved to Hawaii in 1992 and she was pregnant with her second child. Her father was stationed there. Before becoming a rapper she was working as a Bartender at a club in Florida. She had to grow up quite quickly. When it comes to getting pregnant at a young age sometimes that can motivate you to do better for yourself. And that can result in making sure that you’re always grinding and doing what you have to do.
Her mother also died in 2001. And being a young mother and having to provide that can be a lot. And certain situations can really motivate Rappers when it comes to going for their dreams. Her debut album Thug Misses was released in 2002. The lead single is called My Neck and my Back. And that song made her international breakthrough. It wasn’t just in America it was everywhere. And she was making a name for herself when it comes to it. She was doing really well for herself. That song she said that she wrote in 15 minutes. Her career with just that first album made her successful.

When it comes to the song. There were so many controversies. There are some people who feel like it’s a bad example for kids. She then released a lead single called Been a Bad Girl. Khia and TS Madison had their own show on Youtube and people really tuned in and loved it.

She was in her late 20’s when she started her career and she is currently 48 years old. She has been in the entertaining industry for a very long time. What type of Music would her supporters want to hear. It would be interesting to hear her do drill music. And she should collaborate more when it comes to it. Saweetie used a sample of her song. And the song became very successful. And that is a really good thing when it comes to it. Saweetie’s song. Especially the melody of My Neck and my Back brought people to a nostalgia.
