The emancipation of mimi .This was described as her comeback album.This album was accepted more then the other one.It’s quite clear that Mariah is someone who takes criticisms seriously and uses it.To improve .They are some people who don’t take criticism.And they release albums that constatnly fail.However,Mariah was clearly motivated especially after her last album that didn’t do very well.She was breaking records on this new album . 2008/20009. 2007 she was working on her 11 album.The leading single Touch my body did very wellMariah is second to the beatles who have 20 number 1 singles.12 studio album was released Memoirs of an imperfect angel.The album have said to be the lowest selling lbum of her career.However , Mariah has had successful albums.And it’s pretty difficult to sustain hits with every album especially when you have very successful album.People always want to hear high quality of Muisc.And that can be hard to sustain.Especially if you created the best album ever.It’s very hard to beat it.
2010/2014.2013 recorded almost home for a Disney movie soundtrack .2015/2017 .In december of 2015 she anounced a tour that grossed over 30.3 million.March 2016 she was announcing Mariah world a docuseries .People only know Mariah carey.They don’t know who she really is.I think for her supporters it would have been a good opportunity for people to get to know who she is.2020 it was announced that she was inducted in the sogwriters hall of fame .Mariah has co written many songs.And her songwriting game is epic.She is very unique.And she if focused on the motion.When you listen to her lyrics .It’s always very deep.
February 2024 she was featured on a remix with Ariana grande Yes and ?.A lot of people were excited to see these 2 collaborate because there has been people that have tried to put them again each other.However coming together was a good marketing tool.Mariah carey will forever be a legend she was one of the singers invited to sing at Michael jackson funeral.And that just shows the influence , Mariah has if she is getting invited to perform at Michael jackson funeral.Mariah being able to stay true to herself when it came to her music was always very impressive.Bceause it’s easy to get influenced.
Mariah right now is still going on tour .She has a concert scheduled for April in 2024 .There is a demand for legends like Mariah because her msuic is timeless.She has a huge effect on this even new generation when it comes to the melodic style of writing.Her vocal abilities are out of this world.And many people are not vocalist like Mariah.There is a reason why she was always featured as the singer in the hip hop songs.It suited her a lot.Mariah music industry wasn’t wasy especially because she came from very humble beginning.And becoming a global star at a very young age .Winning her gramym at 20 years old.However , she has been able tobecome consistent.
