Taj is part of a successful group called 3T’s. His dad was part of a group called The Jackson 5 and they became very successful and were doing really well. Coming from a musical family and also when you look at surname. It can sometimes come with a lot of pressure. And the fact that they come from a famous family. Means that when it comes to being in the music industry for them they will consistently be compared to other people and that is the reality when it comes to being from a famous family. Under the guidance of their Uncle Michael and also their dad they started their own group.
And their album was released in 1995 called Brotherhood. As the time that they were recording their album. Their mother died. And that was a very public situation. Many people when they are dealing with situations like this very tough. It can be difficult to get through it. But the members talked about how Michael Jackson was such a big help when it comes to dealing with their grief. And their album was then released. They then released their second album called Identity and it was released in 2004. But they missed out on the big hype that they had.
When it comes to releasing their second album really quickly. And when that happens that could be such a big issue. Because you have created yourself a hype that definitely needs protection. When it comes to music when you’re a new artist and you’re coming up. Unless you’re an Adele you shouldn’t take your time when it comes to releasing an album. Because especially during the 90s where extremely talented people and singers were coming up. That could be difficult to compete.
Taj currently has 3 children right now and he is married. They have released several Albums like Chapter II 2015 and also meets the family of soul. Him and his brothers were featured in a reality TV show called The Jackson Dynasty. They basically showed the supporters what life is like after 3T’s and they had a chance to get to know the brothers more. The time that they were coming up they had competition like Boyz II Men. However, they still manage to create a successful album. Anything is still being played all around.
