The family moved to Atlanta when she was just 4 years old. She has 2 sisters Giesha and Reed. And one brother called Michael Wallen. She is also Farrah Franklin’s cousin. Which is interesting when it comes to having family members that are successful in the industry and they are related it’s always interesting. And to be honest people in the industry have some sort of relation. Natina actually initially wanted to be a Miss America, a veterinarian, an actress, and entertainment attorney. By the time that she was 8 years old she modeled for Macy’s and also Bloomingdale’s advertising campaigns. And acted in a hot dog commercial.

When it comes to Natina. Some parents if they feel like their children are beautiful. They like to put them in the Entertainment industry. She also played Drums at her Father’s church. And performed as part of the Drama ministry. When it comes to people that started singing early. The church is always the place that they first started performing in front of everyone. And that is the perfect place when it comes to it. She would also Beatbox and also create beats by hitting the walls. And writing lyrics to match the melodies. Natina also wrote poems and jingles. Somebody like this will care about the lyrics.

When she was around 13 to 14 years old. She submitted a song for competition and she won. This was a good idea. For people to hear her music and what they think about it. Sometimes family members are not always honest. Because they don’t want to hurt your feelings. Lisa Lopes from the successful group TLC. Discovered her from a Talent scout. And she was hired to write for TLC. Natina expressed that Lisa helped her when it comes to her confidence. By the encouragement of Tommy Mottola she worked as the official writer. And she attended Cedar Grove High School. Natina created a group called Blaque.

The group included people like Shamari and Brandi.
Left Eye always described Natina as the Rapper and the writer of the trio. Left Eye then made an audition and that when Brandi was added. Lisa Lopes was basically responsible when it comes to creating the group called Blaque. And it’s interesting. She was featured in a very successful group. And she was able to create her own group and also make them successful. Natina was only 19 when Blaque was signed as a Trio. Blaque was actually more pop. Some people would compare them to other groups. But something about the way that they presented themselves is really different. Blaque first appeared as a group during a cameo for Lil Kim 1997 Not Tonight.

And Jermaine Dupri. Someday at Christmas. In 1999 they performed for an opening act NSYNC in Concert and TLC’s FanMail Tour. The group then recorded their first album called Blaque. With producer called Dallas Austin. They also worked at Lenny Kravitz home for 2 weeks. The trio then collaborated with people like Missy Elliott and also Queen Latifah during the record sessions. She was the primary writer for Blaque. I Do was entirely written by Natina. Their album then went certified platinum. And sold 1.5 million copies. 808 was also certified gold. Their music videos had futuristic when it comes to their Music videos. And it’s good to have a creative outlet when it comes to your own Music.

Natina was featured in a movie called Bring It On. It was her first acting role. This was a good movie. And the movie became very successful. And this also gave her a new audience when it comes to having different people. She has the audience that she has built when it comes to Blaque. And it’s good to have your own audience. When it comes to making sure that you’re expanding yourself. When you make a name for yourself. There are so many opportunities that can happen when it comes to it. Natina then contributed 2 songs when it comes to the soundtrack.

As If and also Bring It All To Me featuring verses for 50 Cent. She also appeared in an episode for V.I.P. She was featured on a song with Lisa Lopes Head to the Sky. And it was for a debut album called Supernova. Blaque’s second album Blaque Out. It was released in the year 2002 in Japan. Can’t Get It Back was the song for the lead single. Blaque recorded a third album Elektra. Which was never released. It was promoted with the single called Ugly. Blaque was then featured as a song called I’m Good for the movie called Honey. Blaque started their career at the right time.

The type of movie soundtracks that their songs were featured in is very big. And it’s really good. The movies became very successful when it comes to it. Blaque then separated in the year 2004. A compilation was then released in 2007. Natina then took a break from the Music industry. And she wanted to focus on acting. Natina then decided not to record Secular music. But actually Gospel. She also appeared in television gospel called Til 6 in the Morning by Platinum Souls. Blaque at that time they attempted their own reunion. But things didn’t go through when it comes to groups. Schedules and personal life can happen.

She wanted to pursue a career as a Solo artist. Before her death she was working on her album and also scripts and hired an acting agent. She wanted to revamp her career. In 2012 Blaque was then working on a reality TV show. Her life was cut short at the age of 31 years old. There was a lot that she could have done when it comes to her career. This was shocking because it was a car accident. And people excited to hear more about Blaque. Blaque created a generation that will always love and supported them because they had such a huge impact. The impact were really big and till this day people still listen to Blaque.

She has 1 child. Natina’s career has been interesting when it comes to Lisa Lopes discovering her. It’s always amazing to see people that have died and the things that they did before they left this earth. And this just showed how much she could have done when it comes to her career. When it comes to movies and Music they can have a huge impact when it comes to other people’s career. And there are so many things that can happen when it comes to good things that can happen. Her legacy will always live on and she has a lot to show.
