He is born in Baltimore maryland from black american and puerto rican roots.One thing about New york is very multicultural.The couples that you will see.It’s so different and unexspected . You will not always see that in many different parts of the world.It is a very different country from the rest.His father spent most of his childhood in prison.Which left his mother to raise him and his 2 siblings.He attended high school but dropped out at the age of 16 years old.G unit was founded with his childhoos friends. Lloyd Banks, 50 Cent, and Tony Yayo decided to create a group.
One thing about Rap groups from the late 90s and early 2000’s they had this unoque image.Where it made themselves stand out very well among the crowd.You couldn’t really find that anywhere.50 cent heard Young buck rapping and that was it.He started rapping in the neighbourhood to get more attention.And that what many people were doing before social media.And that because they had to do it.In his aread he managed to get connections with Producers and also that the way he started working on his mixtape.Lloyd was featured on asong called don’t push me.The group also created their own label called G unit records

It was released in 2006.Hands ia a song featured on the album.And he collaborated with 50 cent and the song has over 70 million views.Him and 50 cent were everywhere and doing very well for themselves.The dynamic duo was loved vy the fans when they would collab.Is it ebcause as so used to seeing them together in G unit.From 2009 he wasn’t part of Interscope records.I was said that he was dropped.And that the reality of the Music industry even when you have a solid record of hits.If they feel like the numbers are not enough they will drop you.
H released another album called The hunger for more.Augu st 2015 he was at an event and he expressed the disappointment when it comes to today’s Hip hop.Hip hop is not like his generation it has evolved and not that many people will like it.And it could also be that he is no the target audience and that is nothing but the truth.Gen z may like this type of msuic .Because that is what they grew up listening to.However , when it comes to millenials that is a whole different conversation .They wouldn’t like this.Because it doesn’t vibe with their taste.
When it comes to Music it will evolve Music in the enxt 50 years won’t sound the same.And also with the rise of AI .The changes will be even worse.Because people are not going to produce and write songs as much.Which is kind of crazy to think about.However , that is the reality as of now.A lot of producer and writers are scared of that because they feel like the Internet has already affected the quality of the Music thta is being released.And how much worse would it be .if people had to decide that the music that they would listen to could be made by a robot or by a human.
G unit impact on this generation.There isn’t any Rap groups af now in 2025 .And it’s because of the different generation that we are in . People especially millenials had high quality music.And they have seen the standard that groups like G unit have done.Now imagine .Other groups they have to do it even higher then them.Now imagine in 2025 you now have to look for talent which is not easy to do.It’s a very hard thing to do because now they have to make sure that they look really hard.
When it comes to groups . Gen z have seen people like Little mix and One direction they are completely differnt Genres.Howeve r, these people grew up in the era of social media.So the things that they have sen .Is completly different.The msuic that they were makijng and also the Music video.Backstreet boys is another good example they rose up from the 90s and evry teenage girl.Was in love with them.And they have made a name for themselves.And have done really well.When it comes to it.Bckreeet boys sound is being used by a lot of people when you hear their melodies and stuff .And that is the truth of it.
