Brian experience began when he was young.He became a member of the church choir.Which was directed by his grandfather.He explored different Genres of Music .And when he was in his early teens.He composed a musical material.And learned to play several instruments.He formed a band and began performing original songs.At local venues.At the age of 18 he was offered a publishing deal.Publishing deal if your an aspiring songwriter.And that only if you understand the Art of songwriitng.If you don’t know how to do it.Then don’t subscribe.Brian older brother and his band take 6 signed a deal with Warner brothers.
They released their self debut album in 1988.Brian started shopping for his own Demos.And by the age of 19 years he signed with Mercury records.His self debut album was released in 1992.The way love goes did very well.His voice is very melodic and has a love sound to it.His voice is meant for love songs.He then released 2 other albums.1995 , 1997.For walt disney 25 anniversary he performed there too.He was part of a group called Black men united.U will know was featured in a movie called Jason’s lyric.Being signed to a label during the 90s was very straight forward when it came to the process .Especially if you have the talent.
He signed with Motown in 1998.And released a christmas album called Bethlehem.He was also a guest star on Sister sister . He was doing everything right and it was working out for him.His vocie is a gift that he has.And it has given him opportunity.During that time there was also such a high competition.And it wasn’t easy to become successful.In 1999 he released an album called Back at one.It sold over 3 million copies.He also co wrote a song with Australian with Guy sebastian .International opportunity are not too past by.Especially because it can really help when it comes to growing your fan base.
In late 2005 he signed with Warner bros records.And released an album called Ten during 2006.Things in the music industry were slowing down.And people from the 90s were not releasing music that much.Find myself was featured in a Tyler perry movie.At this time R&B music was different and it was going through it’s phase of changing the sound.R&B has always evolved howerever now it is completely different they are some people who blame the trap music infleunce era on R&B that ruined the sound.They felt like it didn’t help it at all.
From 2006 to 2010 he had his own radio show.When you have been in the Music industry for a while.It’s important to spread yourself in other avenues.Just in case people don’t like your music anymore.The truth is that you can actually be easily be forgotten.And you can’t do that much about it.He also appeared in the Celebrity apprentice.One thing about Artist they need to be careful when it comes to joining certain shows.You want to make sure that.People forget what your truly popular for.Sometimes the drama of their personal life gets in the way and it affects their reputation which can be quite bad for them.
He performed the national anthem with his sons.And people were in Awe when it comes their sons talent when it comes to Brian.They are very good singer.It clearly runs in the family.People who come from family that know how to sing.The talent gene isn’t always given.However , it’s different when it come to these people.you can just tell that he trained them.So many people invest in their children career and it doensn’t go anywhere.Because at the end of the day.The audience is the one to decide whenther they will support or not.No amount of money will change anything.And that is the full on truth.
Brian released an album called Genesis in 2017.He has released 17 albums.He has had a long career in the Music industry.However , he has been caught when it comes to controversy when it comes to what is happening with his sons.People feel like disowning them was the most evil thing.And it’s true .Because of the issues that they have had.He has completly shut them down.People on social media were suggesting people to not go to his concerts.When your a public figure when it comes to your family matters people are going to look at you a certain way.
Especially if they feel like they need to cancel you .And they don’t have a good feeling about it.People don’t like to hear these type of things.And they have the right whether to support or not.There was a boycott happening and many people have been done when it comes to supporting him.When it comes to his talent for sure he has it.However , when it comes to his repuatation that he has built with this career.It’s all gone.And never coming back again because it’s the internet era that we live in and people don’t forget.And that the difference when it comes to living in the era of the 2000’s.
People will always use it against you.Because thye don’t like to hear these type of things.However the man has created a solid career for himself.And that why he will always be asked to perform at these type of award shows.And people will always want to see him.Because people cherish artist from the 90s a lot.They feel like Music today isn’t the same because of lack of talent.And there is constant discussion when it comes to why there isn’t that much good music.And the truth is a lot of artist that are popular right now are in danger.
They are in danger when it comes to their music being remembered in the next decade or even 2o years.Which means that they have to find another source of revenue to make money.So that they don’t become broke.Because this generation is very different.Their music isnt remembered and what if you want to sell your catalog look at how much people like Nelly and justin bieber sold their for.Would that be the same for Gen z artist maybe not.Because their music isn’t classic.And people won’t care that much Tina turner sold hers for a good amount.
