How DDG Music career evolved?
DDG started of as a Youtuber.And then transition into being a rapper . It all started in 2014 .When started posting Youtube videos and he was doing Pranks , Reactions. At that era of Youtube reaction was just rising it was’t as popular as 2015/1016 . He hopped on to the wave and it channel became popular.Especially when he was reacting to asian content.It was also a lot easier to grow a channel back then .Then it is now.It’s very hard now.DDG started his Yotube channel at the right time. He became successful on Youtube to the point that he was able to drop out of college to pursue his dreams.
This won’t work for everyone at the time he was making 30,000 a month from it.Going to school was kind of a waste of time for him.Because people go to College to pursue a career.And he already had a career.And he expressed himself on Twitter many time that he didn’t need one.DDG was very popular doing videos with the girls that he was with it made him even more popular.Because there was a trend of couple channels going on .On Youtube were people wanted to know more about other people relationship.
And the truth is people are noisy.They want to know everything about your relationship.And that is just the truth.They want to know everything .After dropping out of school he moved to Los angeles .And that was a big move for DDG.Especially from where he came from. He came from a town in michigan .Where does was atime they didn’t have water for a month.He went fom that to becoming a successful Youtuber.There are some people who don’t like it .When Youtubers move to La because they feel like.They become a different person.Or that all fo their content become the same.
DDG started of doing diss tracks to lil yachty.Which he later admitted that he was clout chasing.Youtubers sometimes have a hard time making a transition into becoming rappers . They may not be taking seriously because that now what they are known for.And people could make of them.Or think that they are a joke.Because they think that Youtubers are not good at rapping.However , he didn’t let the hate get to him and released 2 songs in 2016 called Balenciagas and free parties. He also did music with Famous dex the sond did well . And Worldstar contacted DDG having Youtube as a foundation for DDG was an excellent idea .Because it made it easier to get views on Youtube.
DDG released an EP called Take me serious .He released a song called Givenchy.It currently has 25 million views.DDG was clearly able to genrate views on his own.He was getting ontacted by labels .And he was signed to epic records in 2018.DDG released Arguments which currently has over 70 million views.DDG music was clearly loved by his supporters.The era that his in when it comes to music.Is very fast.New talent are poppint out everyday.And someone could release a song nd do very well.And quickly replace you.
He also released a song with Queen naija.They both have similar paths when it comes to doing Youtube and then getting into music.July 24 2020 released a single called Moonwalking in Calabasas.It became DDG first sogn to enter the Billboard .There was different remixes.However , the one with Blue face did very well.DDG did lots of collaboration with other rappers 42 dugg.February 2022 he released a song called Elon musk ft gunna the song has 14 million views.2022 he was featured on the Forbes list when it comes to 30 under 30 for Music.It was quite obvious that he was doing everything right Collaborating with polog nle choppa and offset was a good move for him.
DDG and Halle were seen together in 2022 .The relationship was taken by surprise from some people especially Halle supporters because of they always thought she was. However , Halle was growing up.It was inevitable for her to meet someone and date . There relationship was liked bys ome people . However , some people felt like she was too much of a star to be with him.And he was using her . Some people felt like they weren’t meant together and she could do so much better.What people don’t realise is that DDG laready establisged his brand with a fanbase.
At the beginning of his career DDG was doing well managed to get achievements.However , his music views aren’t the same anymore.And did the relationship with Halle bailey and the negativity surround it impact his views?.He is still doing better then some of these rappers.However , because music is at a faster pace . He is competition with so many peopleAnd also there was so much attention on his Halle relationship it could have taken away from his music whether it was good or bad.We do believe at Valenzio that he has the potential to do very well in the music industry.However , he shouldn’t put so much of his relationship with Halle so much into his audience attention.
There was rumours of him and Halle expecting a child.People noticed that Halle was covering up herself a lot more often.And she normally wouldn’t .And this was after the premiere of her movie.It was confirmed that him and Halle had a child.However, decided to keep it private because there was so much negativity when it came to their relationship.He admitted that it wasn’t planned.And it happened.Relationships in the public eye are never easy because of public scrutiny.So many people have their own opinions
Right now DDG is still releasing music . He just released going to the top. which has almost a million views in just a matter of days.It’s quite obvious that DDG is still in demand when it comes to Music.His supporters still want to hear his music.Music for him could be a way to express himself.Because he has been through a lot when it comes to being on Social media.DDG has done very well for himself because he stayed focus.After doing reactions and pranks he made vlogs.Because pranks and reactions were getting boring on Youtube people were not entertained anymore.So this is someone that actually is determined to make his supporters happy with his content.
