Being a boss .Leading people into making whatever you’re working on into a success isn’t easy.There has been a false image on what being a boss truly is.Sometimes being a boss especially in you’re own life can be diffult.And imagine running a company.People have a hard time running their own life.Especially when they hit adulthood they think about their teenage life and when they were children .When things were much more smoother .And now they are responsible for themselves.And that can sometimes scare them because it something very new to them that they aren’t use to doing.
You need to have the stomach to handle looses because it can happen when you’re running you’re own business .Many people don’t have that stomach.And can easily fall into depression.The looses can mean firing people or even hiring new people.Which people can difficult especially .If you have built a relationship with them throught the years.Firing someone could affect the way they can pay their bills.And sometimes people feel really bad for firing people.Because it could be their only livelihood.And without that they won’t be able to live.And sometimes the employees gives noticed.However , in this economy things have changed.And it’s not easy
Bosses have to realise that business isn’t about friendship .And that can be difficult .Sometimes you see that they hire their own family members.And that can go wrong very quickly.If they aren’t any clear indication that this is all strictly business.Feelings and money can get involved.And it can affect you’re relationship.That why family members are normally off limits.Because of how wrongs things can get.Bosses have to make sure that they don’t become too friendly because boundaries can be crossed.And if you’re someone who’s very friendly .It can difficult to put on a boss mode.Because that isn’t you’re personality.Celebrities will tell you that the way they portray themselves to the publis.It’s different to when they are at home.
You have to makes sure thtat you’re payign people their wages.Whether it’s every month or every 2 weeks .Different countries pay either monthly weekly or even every 2 weeks.That can be scary if the business isn’t doing well and you have to pay people.It can bring you sleepless night.Because it wouldn’t be the workers fault.It would be the boss fault.Because it’s you’re job to make sure that the business is doing well.So that you can pay you’re workers.Workers are only there to make sure that their work gets done .The rest is on you to make sure that everyhting works accordingly.
People have glamorized being a boss because of the lifestyle.However . how we eve know that is 100% the lifestyle that they actually live.People don’t rwalise how easy it is to fake a life that you’re not living online.To make other people feel like you’re living luxury.Which many people who are bosses are portraying online.Making themselves look very rich online. Selling a lifestyle onli can be profitable .Because the truth is people who are doing well.Want to do business with other people who are doing well because they have the record of building something successful.
Starting a business is long term .There can be a decade where you don’t even see a profit.Especially if you plan on raising money.It will take a while before you see a profit . Social media has made people believe that anybody can build a successful business which isn’ t true.You need to have unique skills that can help you build you’re brand.Some people use the followers that they have to spread their business around .Some people are extroverts and they go to events to advertise themselves.If you’re an introverts .Social media can be you’re bestfriend.Can help you build up you’re brand.
A good 98% won’t become millionaires.A lot of people start businesses to make millionaires.And the truth is many won’t be able to become millionaires.Luck plays a big part.And no matter how much effort you put in . It won’t become succesfful.It’s either you create the business at the right time. You had the right team and support system.You’re support system can be a huge influence on whether you’re business will become succesful.People can help you spread you’re business they can tell other people.And that them doing marketing for you for free of charge.

Most people would be better off if they had a 9 to 5 job that paid them a stable salary .And also a business that gives them a little bit of an income.This means that you’re business won’t be able to sustain itself .And quit you’re job to be a full time job.But instead you will have 2 incomes which is much more pissible.Where you can make a little bit of money from you’re business.This is more realistic then quitting you’re job to be a full time boss.Being a boss means that you need to be honest with yourself when it comes to what you’re capable of achieving in the next 5 years.

If you’re able to become a succesful boss realise that this may not last for long.And that why many people either quit doing Youtube , sell their business.Or work on other careers.The founder of myspace started the business and sold it .And now he travells around the world and does photography . That what he does now.This might not be what yuo want to do.Some people want to pass their business generation after generation.Which only a few people will be able to accomplish this.It’s very hard to keep it succesful decades after decades.Sometimes the right opportunity earlier then expected.
